Level 8 Mini-set (Vigilantes)

Immediately after the start of the mission, go to the reception desk and use the terminal. Then move to the left. You should notice a vent that Dash can use.

The next mini-set is at the top of the stairs. Put out the fire to collect the third minikit.

The fourth mini-set can be picked up randomly; it is close to the destructible passage along the corridor and under the fire extinguisher on the right side of the door.

On the top floor on the right side of the arena you can find a silver safe, which you can detonate using the "gangster character". The eighth mini-set is in the safe.

The ninth mini-set can be found by walking along the corridor on the right (on the first / ground floor), which leads to the next area. There you will find a golden safe behind the painting.

This mini-set is located in the last arena. Get closer to the right wall and repair the special terminal.

You have to use a robot or an animal on a burning building. Place the animal (or robot) in the tube and let it follow the tube until it meets a button that can be pressed. After pressing the button, a mini-set will appear on the wall.
On the second roof, use the terminal to assemble the fourth mini-set. Nearby, on the right, you can build another birdhouse. The third one is on another roof, not far from the radio tower.

In the bank, destroy three bombs in the arena and reuse the parts to build a fire alarm. Move to the next room, where you will find a fountain in the middle; complete it with Frozone to get the eighth mini-set.
