This Sunday, March 6th, at the Garage in Glasgow, one of British wrestling’s most respected veteran talents clashes with a man highly-regarded as the future of the business in this country, as Doug Williams takes on Noam Dar!
In the ongoing power struggle between Mark Dallas and Red Lightning, many ICW roster members have chosen their side of the battlefield to stand on, and in the case of Noam Dar & Doug Williams, these two world-class competitors could not be further apart. With Williams still a member of The 55, and Noam fighting for the ICW founder, these two men will face-off in a one-on-one contest for the first time in an ICW ring this Sunday, in a dream match for many British Wrestling fans.
A former 2-time ICW Zero-G Champion, Noam Dar has grown-up in Insane Championship Wrestling, starting as a young talent with hopes of success, before going on to become one of the most beloved members of the ICW roster. A cornerstone of the Zero-G division to this day, Noam is always exciting to watch, dazzling fans with his lightning speed and highly dangerous arrays of strikes. Now, standing alongside Mark Dallas in his bid to regain control of ICW, Dar has an opportunity to strike a huge blow to The Black Label and The 55, if he can take down the man known as ‘The Ambassador of British Wrestling’. Can Noam score a huge victory in the Garage this Sunday?
Since arriving in ICW last October, Doug Williams has been extremely vocal about his disdain for what the company was all about under Mark Dallas’s rule. Quickly aligning himself with James R. Kennedy’s thugs, The 55, and The Black Label, Doug has sworn to rid ICW of the last remnants of its former self, and this Sunday, he gets a chance to make an example of Noam Dar. While his opponent may be already have a legion of fans up and down the country, Doug Williams is both feared and respected in equal measure in British Wrestling, after a career spanning more than 20 years that has seen him compete against, and defeat, some of the top names in business, while racking up titles all over the globe. While years of experience at his disposal, and a desire to return British Wrestling to, what he believes to be, its former glory, can he defeat Noam Dar, and send a message to the rest of Mark Dallas’s faithful?
Don’t miss this British Wrestling dream match this Sunday at the Garage, as Noam Dar goes one-on-one for the first time ever in an ICW ring against ‘The Ambassador’ Doug Williams!
