On November 15th, at the SECC in Glasgow, Insane Championship Wrestling will host it's biggest show to date, Fear & Loathing VIII, and it's already shaping up to be one of the most impressive cards that ICW has ever seen. With some of the best and brightest stars in the country already to scheduled to appear, fans will be treated to a wrestling event like no other, and one man who will be looking to steal the show is 'The Iron Man' Joe Coffey.
From his early days in ICW, to his tour of Japan, and onto his two successive victories in the annual Iron Man challenge, Joe Coffey has become a name that every fan of British wrestling is aware of. One of the most dedicated and driven competitors to ever grace an ICW ring, Joe's unflinching desire to be the best has seen him sky-rocket to the top of the card in Insane Championship Wrestling, with 'The Iron Man' even going on to main event Barramania back in March, thanks to the ICW fans voting for him to be crowned the 2014 'Wrestler of the Year'. This bond between Joe Coffey and the ICW fans is one of, if not the, strongest in all of Wrestling today, and on November 15th, 'The Iron Man' will nee all the support in the world, as he takes on, arguably, his biggest challenge to date; 'The War Machine' Rhino!
After a confrontation backstage at ICW: Shug's Hoose Party II, Rhino and Joe Coffey came to blows, having to be pulled apart by security, and kept in seperate areas of the building, for fear of further violence! Now, with Rhino set to return to ICW at Fear & Loathing VIII on November, both men have demanded the chance to settle the score and, after seeing footage of their brawl from Shug's Hoose Party II, Fear & Loathing Commissioner Mick Foley has made the match official!
Joe Coffey may be one of the strongest competitors in ICW history, but rarely has a man been able to match the Iron Man's strength quite like Rhino. A one-man wrecking crew, Rhino possesses a killer instinct that few have ever been truly able to harness, and as a result, he has built a legacy as one of the most dominant forces to ever enter an professional wrestling ring. At the Waynestock weekender in July, Rhino appeared unannounced in Maryhill, taking on the New Age Kliq single-handedly and sending them running for the hills, before taking Drew Galloway and Wolfgang to the limit on each night of the weekender. Eager to pick up his first win in ICW, and now holding a grudge against 'The Iron Man', will the fire inside Rhino be enough to see him gore his way through Joe Coffey, and pick up the win at Fear & Loathing VIII?
Don't miss this epic collision at the SECC on November 15th, as The Iron Man finally goes one-on-one with The War Machine!
