With one of the biggest matches of his career rapidly approaching, when he challenges for the ICW World Heavyweight Championship at Shug's Hoose Party III on July 31st, Joe Coffey has been looking to gain as much momentum as possible, by taking on anyone that Red Lightning can throw at him. While he was originally scheduled to face 'Bad Boy' Liam Thomson this Sunday at The Garage in Glasgow, an unfortunate injury has forced Liam onto the sidelines, leaving Joe seemingly without an opponent.
Quick to take advantage of a huge opportunity however, 'The Local Hero' Joe Hendry has requested that he takes Liam's place in this match, but that isn't all. Looking to make the most of his opportunity, Hendry has asked ICW management to add a massive stipulation to his match against The Iron Man; Whoever wins between Joe Coffey & Joe Hendry, this Sunday, will earn the right to face the Olympic gold medallist Kurt Angle at Fear & Loathing IX!
A man on a mission to finally become the ICW World Heavyweight Champion, Joe Coffey has a shot at glory on July 31st, when he challenges Big Damo for the prestigious title, but until then, he will have to gain as much momentum as he can. One of the most supremely gifted athletes that has ever stepped foot in the ICW ring, Joe is undoubtedly one of the most popular men in the company today, having captured the hearts of fans around the world. As he gets closer and closer to Shug's Hoose Party III, will Joe be able to keep his momentum going, on the road to the biggest match of his career, while also earning himself a shot at a one-on-one contest with the Olympic Gold Medalist?
As talented as he is charismatic, Joe Hendry has acheived huge success during his relatively short time in Insane Championship Wrestling, and with glory on his mind, the Local Hero will not stop until he reaches the very top of the ICW ladder. An extremely strong competitor, who possesses excellent technical skill, Joe is one of the most naturally gifted athletes on the Insane Championship Wrestling roster, and he looks to prove that, each and every time he steps into the ring. Determined to face Kurt Angle at ear & Loathing IX on November 20th, can Joe Hendry use that motivation to defeat the Iron Man, and prove his worth?
There is no word as to whether ICW Management have agreed to add this stipulation, but if they do, this contest between The Iron Man and The Local Hero could be a life-changing moment for one of these competitors. Do not miss this massive encounter, as Joe Coffey takes on Joe Hendry!
