ICW: Alex Kidd In London is already looking to be a monumental night for Insane Championship Wrestling, and with the newly announced main event, the show just got a whole lot bigger. In the UK’s capital city, ICW’s biggest London crowd to date will make their way to the heart of the city, to witness ICW’s debut at the beautiful KOKO, and the top stars in ICW will be in attendance to tear the house down.

On a show like this, it seems only fitting that the ICW World Heavyweight Championship is defended in a blockbuster main event, and we can now confirm that very match. At the KOKO in London, the richest prize in ICW will be up for grabs in a Three Way Dance between the defending champion, the former title-holder, and a bonafide legend.

Drew Galloway has, in the last few months since he became champion, helped make the ICW World Heavyweight Championship a sought-after prize all across the globe. Defending the title against names such as Chris Renfrew, Matt Hardy and Joe Coffey, Drew has taken on all comers, holding the ICW World Heavyweight Championship with pride and honour. At ICW: The Princess Is In Another Castle, at Rock City in Nottingham, Drew successfully defended the gold against Grado, but at the end of the match, he would be confronted and brutalised by the very who he defeated for the title in the first place, Jack Jester.

Jester has not been seen or heard from in months, since he lost the ICW World Heavyweight Championship to Galloway at ICW: Fear & Loathing VII in November. With his dream taken away from him, Jester entered a self-imposed exile, but in Nottingham, he returned to make a huge statement; he is coming to reclaim the ICW World Heavyweight Championship. Attacking one of his dearest friends, Grado, before laying out Drew Galloway, Jester seems to have returned with a new, and much darker, attitude than ever before. Will this new attitude be enough to help him become ICW World Heavyweight Champion once again?

There may be a lot of history between Galloway and Jester, but there is one more participant in this huge main event in London, and he is not a man to be over-looked. Already looking very impressive in his return to ICW, ‘The Homicidal, Suicidal, Genocidal, Death-Defying’ Sabu has been granted an opportunity to challenge for the ICW World Heavyweight Championship, and he will not let chance pass him by without a fight. Since returning to ICW in Nottingham, Sabu has defeated BT Gunn in a one-on-one contest, and has picked up a tag team win alongside Jester, when they battled Galloway and Grado in Liverpool. Going into this match at ICW: Alex Kidd In London, Sabu has the advantage of momentum behind him, and with how unpredictable this man can be, not even Drew Galloway or Jack Jester may be able to stop the onslaught of the ‘Human Highlight Reel’. Could the Hardcore legend leave London with gold around his waist?

Three of the most competitive and driven men in Professional Wrestling today go head-to-head at the KOKO in London, all with the goal of becoming ICW World Heavyweight Champion. Will it be Galloway, Jester or Sabu who leaves with the title? You’ll have to be there to find out!

ICW: Alex Kidd in London takes place this Sunday, April 19th, at the KOKO in London. Tickets are still available at www.ticketmaster.co.uk and www.triplegmusic.com
