During a 'Falls Count Anywhere' match between Insane Championship Wrestling talents BT Gunn and Mikey Whiplash last month, a spectator became involved in a physical altercation with Gunn, resulting in his ejection from the venue.
Whilst Insane Championship Wrestling in no way condones this type of behaviour, the wrestler was physically provoked, and as a result, company management has decided not to punish BT Gunn for his actions.
With that being said, the ongoing situation involving BT Gunn and Mikey Whiplash has led to concern, with management initially wishing to no longer allow these men to compete against each other in Insane Championship Wrestling, to ensure the safety of ICW staff, competitors, and fans alike. However, both the New Age Kliq and Legion have demanded that BT Gunn and Mikey Whiplash be allowed to compete one more time, in an attempt to lay this situation to rest.
No official decision has yet been made, however Insane Championship Wrestling management has taken both the NAK's and Legion's requests into consideration, and will be making a final decision very soon. Stay tuned for more information.
