Noam Dar and Kenny Williams, two of the top young stars in Insane Championship Wrestling today, have had their fair share of issues as of late, with ICW GM Red Lightning. Looking to promote change in Insane Championship Wrestling, Red Lightning has effectively barred Noam or Kenny from receiving any further shots at the ICW Zero-G Championship, a title they have both held in the past. However, noticing their undeniable chemistry together, Red Lightning has decided to give the two friends a shot at another title, at ICW: Shug’s Hoose Party II on Sunday July 26th. For the first time ever, the aptly named ‘Champagne Superbollocks’ will have a shot at the ICW Tag Team Championship, against the longest reigning champions in ICW history, Polo Promotions.

Since winning the ICW Tag Team Championships at ICW: Fear & Loathing VII last November, ‘The Real Deal’ Mark Coffey and Jackie Polo have gone from a team who no-one expected to win the titles, to one of the most effective units that Insane Championship Wrestling has ever seen. Two heavy-hitters, who also possess an almost brotherly chemistry in the ring, Mark and Jackie have beaten some of the premier teams in ICW, all the while spear-heading their ‘New Division’ of ICW’s tag teams. As they head into Shug’s Hoose Party II, Noam and Kenny may be two of the most talented young competitors in ICW, but is their friendship enough to compete with the ever-dominant champions Polo Promotions?

While they may not be experienced as a tag team though, Kenny Williams and Noam Dar’s credentials as singles competitors are extremely impressive. Having both held the ICW Zero-G Championship on separate occasions (with Noam being the first person in history to do so), both Dar and Williams have become figure-heads of the Zero-G Division, embodying its exciting, high-flying roots perfectly. With their separate singles success, can they translate that into tag team competition, and win the ICW Tag Team Championships on their first try?

Don’t miss this clash for the ICW Tag Team Championships at the biggest party of the summer, Shug’s Hoose Party II!

ICW: Shug’s Hoose Party II, part of the Waynestock Weekender, takes place at the 02 ABC on Sunday July 26th. Tickets for the show, and Waynestock Weekender tickets, are available at www.ticketmaster.co.uk and www.triplegmusic.com
